Halloween Fans by Lil' Luna on eighteen25

Over on eighteen25's blog, they are are filling their site with cute DIY decorations for Halloween! You can find the tutorial here for Lil' Luna's paper fan decorations....I, for one, LOVE them!!! I may just have to make a few wreaths covered in these for my doors!
